Steam generators are designed to add moisture to indoor air. They can use electricity, natural gas, propane, or even pressurized steam as an energy source.
DriSteem offers a full range of systems for steam generation: GTS® (gas-to-steam) humidifiers that are the industry’s best-selling gas-fired humidifier, electric steam humidifiers offering endless flexibility anywhere electricity is available, and STS® (steam-to-steam) humidifiers that create chemical-free humidification steam using boiler steam as the energy source.

Low-maintenance humidification system
Combines two proven DriSteem products, the Vapormist® electric humidifier and the 200 Series reverse osmosis system in one fully integrated package. High purity water means less chalky scale build-up in the humidifier evaporating chamber, ensuring reliable, long-term humidifier performance. Set up, view, and adjust humidification and water treatment functions at the unit or through building automation functions using a single Vapor-logic® controller.
Steam for humidification can be produced in a pressurized boiler or a non-pressurized steam generator. The steam is distributed through ducts, air handlers, and even directly into finished spaces, where it is released in the airstream with a steam dispersion system.

Adiatec® Evaporative Cooling and Humidification
DriSteem’s Adiatec wetted media and high-pressure systems provide evaporative cooling and humidification in multiple zones and in a wide variety of applications. Humidify to enhance indoor air quality, manufacturing processes, material longevity, and comfort while taking advantage of the free cooling and energy savings inherent with this technology.
DriSteem’s reverse-osmosis (RO) and water softening systems meet varying levels of water quality for any application. Designed to be used as stand-alone systems or with DriSteem’s humidification and evaporative cooling products, they are also capable of supplying high-purity treated water for any process.
DriSteem’s RO systems remove over 98% of dissolved solids, significantly reducing or eliminating humidification equipment maintenance.

Vapor-logic® controller
The Vapor-logic controller provides comprehensive control for DriSteem GTS®, STS®, Vaporstream®, Vapormist®, Humidi-tech®, CRUV®, XT Series humidifiers, and evaporative cooling and water treatment systems.
Vapor-logic® version 6 controller
This latest version of DriSteem’s controller includes new LEDs that indicate the status of the humidifier and display for easy trouble-shooting functionality.
